Worst customer service ever. Went there with my gf who never tripped before. We were (barely) welcomed by this man in his 50s who immediately showed his unfriendliness when I asked him to listen to the type of experience my gf was looking for. His attitude made us extremely uncomfortable and instead of making us more curious and interested in the world of truffles, we tried to make things quick and roll out as soon as we could. When my gf asked: “Do truffles all have the same effects?” he unkindly replied: “Of course the effects are not the same, people are different. Thank God!” I honestly think this is extremely unprofessional, especially considering the fact that we were nice, polite and friendly in spite of the situation. Not going back.

I ordered online after more than a month and didn't receive any goods. The package apparently disappeared I don't even get a response to my emails. bad service.. never again

Don't be scared to ask, the people who work here are very nice and have a huge expertise. They will be able to recommend you the best fit for your needs. Worth walking in even just to get some incense, sage or Palo Santo sticks. ;)

As always, The State of Mind smartshop in Haarlem is one of the best places to get anything to spice up your mind, body and spirit, and decorate your house. Wonderful staff, who are always very welcoming, informative and helpful.
