Really great here man, I bought a new water pipe but later found out at home that the vase was broken. Went back and explained what happened and received a new one. Well organized and understanding of the situation. 10/10 service

Sells electric cigarettes WITH fruit flavors. Strictly prohibited. This is coming to an end and I will contact the police. EDIT: I have contacted the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority and they will be working on this soon! "We will plan actions based on further assessment of the subject and the nature of your report." Good luck guys! Hope you guys are smart enough to stop it soon. There is a high fine and damage to your image. :)

I've been here once and ordered once. Nice people and almost everything goes as it should. One downside is that the site has a large round aluminum skewer. When I ordered this for FOUR euros, I received a long rod with 1 skewer. Very misleading and therefore 4 euros was thrown away. I'll just have to see this as a tip, I'm afraid

he's all on his phone and doesn't make eye contact. When I asked something he said yes, just look at the nameplates and you will get there.
the owner himself does nothing about it and is this allowed if you are believers of Allah?

Be careful buying here. Company gives doorstep warranty. If your device breaks, the first reaction is that it is your own fault. Why? Because according to this company, the device went out working. Obviously this is not how the warranty works, but this company doesn't want to know about that. What happened:
Got a vape on March 1, '24. It will stop working on March 28, '24. So back to the store for warranty. The first time the owner is not present. The employee cannot help, but he does tell me that the owner is not going to do anything with this, because they don't know what I did with a vape. Must return on Wednesday. Come back again on Wednesday. Owner not present, employee tells me again that it doesn't matter if I come back. Owner will tell the same. Must return at 5:00 PM. I'll be back at 5:00 PM. Owner asks what's going on. I explain that the device is no longer charging. Does a test for fun and then tells me that I left it on the charger for too long (

This time no shady shop with dark corners where you wonder whether it is completely safe to buy something, but a nice, clean, fresh, spacious shop with a wide range. Good explanation when purchasing my first shisha pipe and very tasty flavors available. I've been back a few times now and every time you get friendly help and tips about what you like and what you don't like. Definitely worth several visits.

Long schedules, it's open every week day past 6PM, usually until 8/9PM, which is very helpful for people with late shifts, etc.
A good selection of pretty much everything you could want in a smartshop, except research chemicals.
Staff could be a little more informed about certain products, but otherwise, amazing staff!
A welcoming young team, willing to help, and always with a smile! Would give 4.5 starts if I could, given that I can't, 5 it is. There is some room for improvement, but overall, keep up the good work!

Beautiful shop with a wide range of resources to make your life healthier, more pleasant and more beautiful. One of the more special specialty stores in IJmuiden. The atmosphere is open and cozy, the owner is friendly and attentive and knows his range very well. Recommended!
