make good money from tourists, I bought myself some oil for treatment and was “pleasantly” surprised when I arrived home and decided to check why there was an additional sticker on the label and lo and behold, they sold me an expired product UPD The store contacted me, offered a refund and after 30+ days of trying to transfer money, it simply stopped contacting me. Think for yourself if it is really a mistake with the date on the package. Trust less and less.

My first experience with truffles and it didn’t disappoint. The shop was clean and nice. The owner guided me through my decision and was so helpful! I got the 10g (€18) of Atlantis and it was a great journey! Lasted about 4-5 hours and was more a body high with some visuals. Definitely recommend here as a first timer.

Incredible customer service!! Helen (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was so kind and helpful for a first timer. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was comfortable and provided great advice. Edit: Neither had an effect which sucks but nice to visit if you want an explanation I guess

Amazing experience, the girl that sold us our truffles was really informed and helpful. The price is only just a little bit more expensive than other places but it feels super personalised. This is the place to go if it’s your first time trying shrooms

Friendly Service, clean and welcoming store, nice packaging, nice effect. Had 10g of the Dragon truffles, it took effect after about 30 minutes, quick upcome, almost a bit flashy, then it turned out pretty chill with some visuals but nothing too crazy. Had some good laughs though. First time I tried fresh truffles, compared to dried shrooms it seems like the effect comes more quickly and the trip doesnt last that long but this might be due to fresh ones being easier to digest. All in all it was nice but a bit short lived. Would recommend and visit again.

Recently visited Amsterdam and visitedthe store; the staff was friendly and helpful, taking time for customers. Back in Belgium, I've been taking Lion's Mane supplements for the past 15 days and am pleased with the results. I plan to reorder this supplement online. Do you have any recommendations for additional supplements that complement Lion's Mane, particularly those that enhance daily energy and focus?

Gorgeous little shop in a beautiful building. The staff member who helped us was very friendly and knowledgable. We got 2 batches of the Atlantis truffles which gave us an amazing high on New Year's Eve. If I'm ever back in Amsterdam I'm coming back here 100%!

In love with their products. I’m a loyal customer for over 3 years and never have been disappointed with any of their products. They provide also very good customer service in the store and just know their products very well. This is definitely the best place in the Netherlands for products like ceremonial cacao (lovely taste), psilocybin truffles, Rapé and many other natural products you can choose from.

After 3 tries I should unfortunately admit: it is not potent enough. As much as I am inclined towards Terrence McKenna's advice to approach it slowly and controlled, 15g of Nr.2 with no tolerance built up made close to no effect. Two previous attempts: about the same result. Any other shop with less fancy packaging provided FAR more strong effect. As much as I like your style, folks, not recommended.

I personally bought for myself 10g atlantis as recommended by cashier. I didn’t have any effects from it. My friend also didn’t have any effect from it . It was my first time and my friend already had some experience with truffles . Both of us very disappointed.

We got 22 microdoses to take home and 15g for a trip whilst we explore the city today. The girl behind the counter was really nice, lots of chat about functional mushroom also. Would highly recommend. It’s definitely the nicest shop of its kind I’ve seen so far on my travels.

Very friendly and helpful staff, truffles seem to be legit (yet to use) and well packaged. However, I bought 2x15grams and when I weighted at home there was only 20 grams. It a shame customers get shorted and ripped off like that. I'd go back but weigh in front of them. Edit: Got in touch with company and they offered to provide me my original purchase free of charge. Really appreciate a company remediating their mistakes (which can happen). Big up to you guys!

Wonderful. They talk with you a bit to gauge what you're looking for, very professional. Talk about a utopia, coffee shops, public transit, and then this? Good lord. I didn't know it would be this nice before I came, went beyond my expectations of what Amsterdam would be. Edit: So people know maybe what to expect, I took a full 10g over the course of two hours, and I would describe it as in between mild-medium. It was worth it though. It's best to start off with not too much, which is why they probably recommend only 10g as a "Ok" or so size dose. I could see why some people may not really feel it, especially if they've just ate a bunch of food or something, Just something to consider.

I went there with my bf to get magic truffles on Saturday. It was my first time doing them and I was anxious and hungover from a festival the day before so i was slightly nervous about their effect/the prospect of a bad trip the girl I spoke to was very friendly and helpful she recommended the Mexicana truffles as well as a chocolate bar to make them taste better but they don't taste of anything they taste like bog standard mushrooms you get in a blue pack from a supermarket (I live in the UK). I took them and after about maybe an hour or so (it's hard to be sure because I lost track of time) I was tripping balls and laughing uncontrollably/seeing colours. They were very pleasant and lasted I'd say about 4-6 hours towards the end of the trip I did get a bit nervous (to be fair I'd drank heavily the day before, I have depression and I'd not had a lot of sleep lol) so I took the trip stopper pills i also bought and they helped ease me out of the trip/with my nerves and bring me back to a normal mind. Very friendly and very nice place for anyone who's never done psychedelics before I highly recommend it. If I ever go back to Amsterdam I'd definitely go there again.

Visiting the Van Gogh museum on the back of a "Dragon" is out of this world. Product worked exactly as described, read and respect the guide and you should be fine. My girlfriend and I shared 15g of the Dragon variety (7.5g each), which is under the recommended dosage for one person, but I think it was the perfect amount for us (we are not super experienced though). Trip lasted roughly 4 hours. No negative feelings, paranoia or sickness. We felt in control (pretty much) the whole time. Other smart shops seemed a bit shady and not very trustworthy. They are probably fine too, and who knows maybe they sell the same stuff in different packaging, but still, this one has a more professional feel to it, elegant, clean, tasty. Owner is nice and was eager to help us even if we had stupid questions. We felt comfortable buying truffels from here.

Was given 10g as a beginner because it’s our first time (took Atlantis), was told that’s the recommended dosage and it was pricier than other stores as well, however I had no experience with it, no euphoria, no visuals or anything and was very very disappointed.

Very elegant shop, doesn't look like the others. The staff is very nice, we went there twice, both times was pleasant and the staff answered all our questions. As for the products, we bought Atlantis and Dragon truffles. As far as I know, this is the best quality you can find in Amsterdam, I was pleasantly surprised. Since the effect can differ from person to person, I can say that in my case everything went smoothly, we did our research and took 10g and it was pretty mild. If you want something more serious you'll probably need more than 10, even if its Galindoii. Do your research and ask the staff for recommendations. We'll definitely visit again

UNRELIABLE. Potentially dangerous. My friend who has never tried truffles or mushrooms had 10g Mexicana. He experienced ego death. I personally bought for myself 15g Tampenensis as recommended by cashier. I hardly had any effects from it. I was the one who was supposed to have an ego death trip. Overall extremely disappointed for not only wasting money but also wasting hours of time on vacation and having a potential danger of putting someone through much more intense experience than expected. Owner if you are reading this check the reviews. Not too long ago someone else gave you 1* because of bad batch of Tampenensis. Please sort it out. Super disappointing.

Staff is very knowledgeable and polite, even when you're unfamiliar with the product. We've tried another store here that was very dismissive and somewhat rude so we are glad to have found When Nature Calls! Excellent product and packaging. We will definitely be returning next time we're in Amsterdam!

Nice shop, great hospitality by the staff who was also very prepared. It was our first truffle Experience and we wanted to get also some advices. We found Gianluca welcoming us, a Sicilian guy who explained everything to us and gave good tips for the right trip. A must visit place, even if you want to get yourself an education.

Great service, and didn't taste nearly as bad as people had mentioned. Absolutely perfect time, and did exactly what it said on the tin. Glad we were brave enough to go for #3 (Atlantis) as this was perfect for beginners still, whilst not being super crazy. Was initially worried about being quite small and the amount effecting me too much but the knowledgeable guy reassured me 10g was perfect and it was. Very happy to have gone to such a well reviewed place as the shop was tidy, absolutely professional and beautifully laid out.

When Nature Calls is what a smartshop should be, from product to staff. Their truffels are exceptional, they feel higher quality then those from some other smartshops. The staff is very knowledgeable and positive, they will help you with any questions you have to ensure you have the safest experience possible. My personal favorite are their Dragon Truffels (15g). These helped me combat my depression and gave me insight into myself. And they don't even taste horrible, bad, but not horrible. I recommend pulling a tea from them, just make sure you slice em small enough, their truffels are a bit bigger then what you might find normally so extracting the psilocybin could take a little more effort. Also check out the webshop, it's great. Home delivered drugs are the best kind of drugs. (This is the only positive thing covid brought me, lol)

Most recommended! The staff was very helpful, and detailed in his explanation on what to do. As a second time magic truffles user with a bad first experience, he really gave me confidence to go for it once again, with tips on the entire process, not once for the sake of pushing me a product. Bought the Mexicans and Atlantis!
