Friday 6.45 p.m. Pick up the package, nobody would be open until 9 p.m. Telephone number on the window, nobody answers. Next day, no one answers. By passing by they turned out to be open. As far as I am concerned, this is not possible if you are a Post NL point. I came from Haarlem for the birthday of a friend in Amsterdam to pick up a present, so it was quite a failure.
