Guy not even asking but reminding twice for tips. Second time pointing at the jar " 5 euro tip " Then he say they have a sale i buy 3 i get one more free. But it was a totally different brown expired looking one with 0 info or label. That's not buy 3 get another one sale. Reply to your previous comment: 1.) Added a picture below, it smelled like vinegar, 11 years working as a chef i can assure it was expired. 2.) Guy offered it so i will buy 3, marketing, which would be alright. Calling it "it's 100% same just no label" Clearly it's different & expired. 3.) Second time he literarly pointed at the tip jar not asking but saying "five euro tip here" even determine how much i should give. I mean for real.. Needless to say hes facial expression when i didn't tip. It's all on camera feel free to check it. Already left Amsterdam otherwise ofc would've came in person. These smart shops have pretty much same products. The sales guy represents majority of the business. Better luck further

He scammed us today with the Trip Stopper, sold it for 8 eur per piece to us, while in other shops and online it costs 2 eur, be Aware!

Looks and feels like every other tourist smartshop now. High prices: €25 for 15 grams atlantis. It felt like the guy was trying to make me tap my card without saying or showing the price.

It's absurd that when I go to buy their products in bulk, they not only don't offer a discount but actually raise the price. On top of that, they force me to pay a five euro tip, claiming it's because they sold me good quality goods.

Went in to get truffles, pretty straightforward as we have had experience taking them before. Very attentive, friendly & amazing customer service from Casper/Caspar. This man knows how to run a shop. We will definitely be back, thank you Caspar!! Bedankt :)

You have all kind of stuff there, truffles are cool never tried them before, you cant stop laughing. The guy here was really kind and explained everything in detail

Was planning on having a nice weekend with some friends. Bought truffles not only did they charged me more than the actual value, the truffles expired two days later. With the excitement of the moment I didn’t think to check in the shop or do the math on the spot, later on we realised and it was a massive disappointment. There are other places where the personnel is nicer and don’t try to scam you.

Bought two 15g boxes of Atlantis truffles and was completely disappointed - the only effect I saw was mildly feverish state of mind which was great for listening to music, while my girlfriend only had bouts of nausea and occasional stomach muscle cramps without any noticeable mental effects. I'm aware the shop didn't grow the truffles but they're selling them so I hold them at least partly responsible

The staff is amazing here. Very knowledgeable about what they sell. I came In asking questions and the female at the counter was so nice and helpful. Stop in and shop here and tip the staff!!! They deserve it!!!!
