Very helpful and always service with a smile, wide range, if you can't find something on the site or in the store, you can always ask if they have it in arnhem, or can order it for you, you don't have to worry about illegal or questionable products, then you will be very rightly shown the door.
Staff is knowledgeable, takes the time for you, and the range is wide, in smart / grow / headshop products and excellent prices, especially compared to the glass house or smart.

Selling (legal) highs without any indication, label printed on itor asking questions etc pp - among very potent and "concerning" to sell to 18+ y/o without knowing anything about the product whatsoever. Prefers Cash. Among the options was 2FMA a derivate of methamp! Careful and do your own research

Ik heb nog nooit zo'n slecht advies gekregen als in deze smartshop. Ik kwam binnen voor informatie en advies maar de verkoopster wist me niks inhoudelijks te vertellen en had zelf nog nooit drugs of überhaupt één van de producten in de winkel gebruikt. Hoe kan je dan een product aanraden zonder dat je weet wat het is of wat het met je doet? Verder was ze vriendelijk maar daar is dan ook alles mee gezegd.

I have never received such bad advice as in this smart shop. I came in for information and advice but the saleswoman could not tell me anything substantive and had never used drugs or any of the products in the store herself. How can you recommend a product without knowing what it is or what it does to you? She was also friendly, but that said everything.
