The service is terrible. The store never opens on time. The package cannot be received. And if all the documents are available, they are not given.

Have passport photos taken by Tabakshop Spuiweg for your passport application, costs €10. Unfortunately, the photos were rejected by the municipality/city office. Having new photos taken at the City Office costs €9.50. I went back to the store with the rejection form from the City Office, where the staff very rudely informed me that I would not get my money back. On the website of this tobacco shop they advertise that the photos are "guaranteed to be approved". False information and very bad service.

Super friendly staff on the phone and in the store. Went for passport photos for my driver's license but unfortunately his flash had just broken. We were very neatly forwarded to a competitor, with apologies again that he couldn't help us. But next time we will definitely go there first

Only had photos taken there, quality was not good, so they were also rejected at the city office, a waste of money and time and have to make a new appointment at the city office, maybe a good idea is a photography course? ... better photos..more customers ...open long and close to the city office
