Very helpful and understanding customer service! It seems like I had a defective product. After sending them some photos and asking for guidance, they gave me a voucher with free shipping so I can get a new product. I guess you can already feel the vibe from all the other reviews, but yes, I can only confirm the good quality and intention of the team behind this site.

Great customer support. My package didn’t arrive on time hence I contacted them to find out what’s going on. They came back rapidly and offered me a free replacement. I’m waiting for a good stuff to come now. Hope it arrives quickly and in good condition.

This company has AMAZING policies and customer support. Always answer the e-mails and help as much as they can. My package got returned, yet they let me put an extra item in and they sent it back completely for free!!! Will definitely buy from them from now on, they have a entire world of products on their site. Prices are great, price selection even better, customer support top notch. A deserved 5 stars!!!

I love Zamnesia. Fast shipping and amazing products. But the brilliant part is the customer service. I only ever had one defective product. I sent them a few pictures and in less than 24 hours they sent me a replacement for free. Plus they reply very quickly and they are very polite and friendly. 100% 5 Star rating for me. Never gonna order anywhere else ever again.

Only one seed of my first batch grew up. Luckily Zamnesia sent a follow-up mail on how I was doing with their seeds. Received a number of questions and a link to a guide (my issue probably: too much contact with my hands I think). Anyway: I'm being sent some seeds to try again! What great service, they are the best!

Those guys are the best. You may find many head shops out there, but the support is just awesome. I experienced some issues in my cultivation process and I got a full support from them. At the end, they decided that the grow kit was defective from start and sending replacements out of charge, how nice. I totally recommend them and I will buy in the near future.

Wow, fantastic service! Fast delivery, amazing customer service, amazing products. I forgot to order a misting bottle with my kits and the minimum order online was 20€, far above the price of a misting bottle. I sent an email to ask if they might ship it specially and they immediately replied and would like to gift me two misting bottles as a welcome gift. It far exceeded my expectations and is simply really nice of them.
