They even admit on email and don't do anything to rectify it.

Highly recommend this Smartshop in Maastricht. I‘ve been to many in Amsterdam before, but this was by far the best consulting. Best greetings to the manager. Answered every question I had.

Bought truffles from these guys I chose a very strong one for experienced users. Followed the instructions they gave us empty stomach and used some SUGAR FREE fanta to wash the horrid taste away. I took the recommended dose my wife had 5g. We set the mood lowered the lights and waited. 3 hours later nothing. The only effect we got was a headache and tiredness. Emailed them the response wasn’t satisfactory and we won’t be using them again. Not sure if it was a bad batch or what but for a first timer they were very disappointing to say the least. Try buy somewhere else that stand over their products these guys are a joke.

The clerk suggested us the truffles and an Amazing Place where to enjoy the trip. I came back to buy more truffles cause i wanted to continue the trip, but he refused to sell us more. He told me: "It's useless, the Door Is closed". He's a guide, not a seller. Really suggested

I'm always delighted to visit this shop. Once inside, you don't know where it's coming from but, you are surrounded by a huge "you are very welcome" feeling. All shops should learn about professionalism and client care form these guys.

If you think about buying a mushroom grow kit.. Don't.
I received a grow kit which either contained bad genetics, or which was too old.
No results, even after following the provided manual exactly.
After contacting the customer service they told me to wait longer. (At that point I already waited 4 weeks, while the manual "guarantees" mushrooms within 14 days.)
I waited anyhow, and ended up with a grow kit full of trichoderma. (Green mold)
After contacting the customer service again, I never received any mails from them anymore.
I had to make a call in order to get a response.
And the response? "As it's a natural product, the results may vary."
Because of this they can not help me further. Even while explaining that I followed their manual exactly, and therefore I could only assume the product was not as advertised.
Think twice if you order here. Even if you follow the manual exactly, you will simply lose your money if you receive a faulty product.
The store takes 0 responsibility and does everything possible to not have to issue a refund.

Due to some neuroreceptor 'changes', I do seem to have no emotional or behavioral reactions to psychoactive ingredients such as "magic truffles", which equated to no bad reactions either, hence the 10 grams ingestion remained completely neutral as I suspected. However, the shop owner/clerk's personal attention, who spoke at a minimum Italian, Flamic, English and German, the information and invaluable advise have been beyond helpful to me. Absolutely advisable and worth the visit!

Wow. I never been in such a nice place. The products to find in this shop are truly amazing and is a must place to go and trip. I bpugth some truffles and cbd oil that changed my life, im going to come back once a month i recomend ya all go!!

The truffles I bougth here were amazing. The strenth and duration of the trip make these truffles magic box my favourites. The best thing about it is that i find very difficult to find those truffles and here they have em!! I really recomend this place

My favourite place in Maastricht. I'll often stop by just to speak to the staff because of their expert advice and knowledge as well as their vibe. Great range of products and if they don't have what you're looking for they will definitely know where to get it. Highly highly reccomend!

I’ve been to Sirius Smartshop a few times now and every time I’ve had a good experience. The staff provide a lot of good information and are open to questions. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to learn and not just shop.

The best smartshop in Maastricht! I've been a handful of times and each one was a pleasant experience. Their products are high quality and the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you have any questions/concerns/hesitations, just ask and they will give you a good answer! I would recommend this place to anybody, whether you're new or experienced with this type of shop.
