The crew knows their stuff and make you feel welcome, especially the dude with the wooden mushroom necklace, and they make sure that you expand your mind responsibly. A great place to meet other open-minded people.

This is the smartshop of Rotterdam and the guy who works there informed me on everything I needed to know about psychedelics and the other products. A small shop with a very big knowledge about the world of conciousness. I believe he was from the UK and this dude really helped me with great service. I would recommend this shop to everybody!

This is the best smartshop in Rotterdam. Even as a tourist I always get the best service from the guys there. And don't believe any negative reviews, the truffles here are always top quality. Well, the Atlantis are anyway! And they're the best tasting ones too. Dr Smart is always my 2nd stop after getting off the train (after coffeeshop centrum). If you're looking for truffles, go here!

I want to know what I have to eat to feel a good trip or at least to feel something! I once bought from this store and ate half of the box myself and half of it someone else,, He got very bad mood and I didn't feel a thing! I want a nice trip, what should I buy??? waiting for reply!

At first the pajaritos truffles produced and the experience was nice. I was tempted again, this time truffle pink paradise. It was a disappointment!! I ate 10g and after 2 hours no effect. I ate the remaining 5g and nothing! It is a pity that I did not read these opinions earlier because it was not the first time someone was disappointed by truffles from this store. I do not recommend shopping there.

We were welcomed warmly although we were tourists and the employee spoke english well. The shop was greatly organized and overseeable. The kratom powder we bought, was delicately which made it easier to consume. All in all ist was a great experience.

The guy selling here is unwilling,if he does not like the job etc why bother staying? Its not like you have a full shop every minute and you acted like your customer is bothering you.

Bought 2x15 mushroom for 5 people, didn't work at all beside giving us bad digestion.
Also bought speedX and some "legal" XTC, no effect at all, rubbish.
Stay away of this shop.

Never pay for this store. I sent money. After that, he was told to send it tomorrow. When I contacted the 3rd language, he hadn't sent it yet. After that, when I contacted him, I received an email with a photo of a fake paper that he could easily make. I called the Dutch post office. Post office person was told that the number wanted to exist. They were lying. You should not be the victim of the same scam.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!. Me and a friend bought 2 magic truffle doses of both 15grams. Upon opening the containers we realised something was not right as the truffles where very wet, something we have never experienced before (mind we are experienced users). We both ate all the magic truffles and experienced 0 effect. We waited for 4 hours for it to kick in but nothing happened. After we went back to the smart shop to inform the workers that they had a bad batch of truffles in the store and to get a possible refund. We calmly explained the situation so this problem could be prevented in the future with other customers. As a reply we got horrible reaction from the shopkeeper who insisted it was our own fault. Which makes me believe that this is a SCAM as they are selling products that dont work.

The man behind the counter told me I needed 2 boxes of mushrooms to get high. This put me in a really bad spot mentally. since this experience (3 weeks ago)I have had mental breakdowns daily and severe depression. now I visit a therapist twice a week. This shop RUIND my life and I'm contemplating about opening up a lawsuit.
Never take advice form the owner of this shop!

Cool shop loaded with the wonders of the psychedelic world. It's easy to get spoiled in the NL with a selection like this and it's important to remember that in so many Eastern European countries there is a void on such products and therefore the culture is nowhere near as tolerant. Having said that, stay away from 'Druid's Fantasy' a morning glory seed concoction that is far from glorious. Can't go wrong with the truffles and other fun little wannabe hardies here.

It was my first time visiting a Smartshop and the clientele provided me with all the relevant advice about their products and were happy to answer any questions I had. With a wide range of quality products, I would defiantly recommend Dr Smart to anyone whether your a beginner or expert.
