15 days to sort out my order. In the end i cancelled the order and now need to wait another 10 days to receive my refund. If your UK based i would recommend using a UK company, there is plenty out there with the same if not better products and better customer services. Dont waste your time using these, I certainly will not be using them again

Very happy with the shop, the only one I use and have been for a while. The website is easy and pleasant to use (as opposed to other similar shops). Fast discreet delivery, excellent customer service, great products, great blog posts and product descriptions with information, and customer reviews that I always check. Always good deals to save some money. Professional, safe, good quality. I really recommend this, especially to people new to such products.

Yeah really good genetics and the other brands they support also have that super good customer service right on top of every question I ask and awesome prices I guess the biggest part is is that they stand behind their product something doesn't germinate they take care of you just has to be legit

Good shop! Can highly recommend it as 1. they have plenty of products (from seeds to grower stuff) of good quality and for reasonable prices , 2. the delivery is fast and you get a good overview where you package is and 3. they have a good gift point system. Regarding 2: I was not very happy with seed quality this year as I ordered Purple Haze seeds for about 100 Euro this year and all but one did not grow at all, although we have a small greenhouse and sunshine was plenty so far. Not even the slightest trace of something coming out of the seed. I did everything the same way as the years before, when I had great harvest results, but not this year. I even bought a starter kit for seeds and coco pads etc. Despite this I can recommend the shop. Otherwise highly professional and safe.

Best seed bank this side of the Mississippi!!! Package comes fast and discreet. Growing black diamond, grease monkey, and a limited collab. w/ Method Man (nectar drip). About to flip into flower. So far very healthy fenos. I will check back in with pictures after harvest. Thx to my new best friends@ zamnesia ....✌

Very helpful and understanding customer service! It seems like I had a defective product. After sending them some photos and asking for guidance, they gave me a voucher with free shipping so I can get a new product. I guess you can already feel the vibe from all the other reviews, but yes, I can only confirm the good quality and intention of the team behind this site.

Great customer support. My package didn’t arrive on time hence I contacted them to find out what’s going on. They came back rapidly and offered me a free replacement. I’m waiting for a good stuff to come now. Hope it arrives quickly and in good condition.

I have bought on this page twice, and exquisite service was received on both occasions. They are punctual in terms of their deliveries, the information available, the quality of their products, and above all, the after-sales service is unmatched. I have shopped on other websites that compete with Zamnesia, and there are no equals. Keep up the good work, guys!!

So far my experience with Zamnesia has been great. I had trouble with one of my grows and they were very helpful. Their customer service is 5 star and their products are great value for money and top quality. I would highly recommend their services to anyone

This company has AMAZING policies and customer support. Always answer the e-mails and help as much as they can. My package got returned, yet they let me put an extra item in and they sent it back completely for free!!! Will definitely buy from them from now on, they have a entire world of products on their site. Prices are great, price selection even better, customer support top notch. A deserved 5 stars!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Zamnesia. The products are good quality but the customer support is out of this world! They were all very helpful, patient and willing to help. It really is a company that cares about their customers and that is very valuable to have!! I highly recommend and I promise you you won't be disappointed.

I love Zamnesia. Fast shipping and amazing products. But the brilliant part is the customer service. I only ever had one defective product. I sent them a few pictures and in less than 24 hours they sent me a replacement for free. Plus they reply very quickly and they are very polite and friendly. 100% 5 Star rating for me. Never gonna order anywhere else ever again.

Only one seed of my first batch grew up. Luckily Zamnesia sent a follow-up mail on how I was doing with their seeds. Received a number of questions and a link to a guide (my issue probably: too much contact with my hands I think). Anyway: I'm being sent some seeds to try again! What great service, they are the best!

Those guys are the best. You may find many head shops out there, but the support is just awesome. I experienced some issues in my cultivation process and I got a full support from them. At the end, they decided that the grow kit was defective from start and sending replacements out of charge, how nice. I totally recommend them and I will buy in the near future.

I am a repeat customer and loyal Zamnesia client. Their products are… awesome. The Utopia truffles are a really cool product. Zamnesia customer support has also been… amazing!

Absolutely the best service in the game. Understanding and helpful. I had a unfortunate situation with my order, which was handle in what can only be said as "far beyond" any reasonable expectation. Thank you for making my winter months a bit brighter and way more manageable. would give 10 stars if i could.

Wow, fantastic service! Fast delivery, amazing customer service, amazing products. I forgot to order a misting bottle with my kits and the minimum order online was 20€, far above the price of a misting bottle. I sent an email to ask if they might ship it specially and they immediately replied and would like to gift me two misting bottles as a welcome gift. It far exceeded my expectations and is simply really nice of them.

Great store and great Zamnesia team. Helped with the order, answered all questions, customer support at the highest level. Delivery of goods without problems. And also an excellent loyalty program. The range of goods is also at a high level. I recommend this store to everyone. And I myself will use goods and services in the future.
