Tourists BEWARE!!! This shop runs scams! Tried to buy lighter with card. They said my card didn't work, but gave me a free lighter. Within minutes, my bank was notifying me about a $230 charge that was flagged fraudulent. Had to cancel my card at the beginning of my trip. There are other shops within blocks, steer clear and Don't wear a baseball hat!

If you’re a tourist, do not go there. They put hats next to very fragile bongs (the bongs were also on the ground) and when touched, they fell over and broke when it was very much their fault! Oh and not to mention, they made me pay 100€ and gave me a funny 20€ discount (like that makes it better). Just putting stuff in very fragile areas and making me pay for it, when it was CLEARLY not my fault.

I was high af and I wanted to buy grinder for 17,5€ , Man from customer service "BY ACCIDENT " click 140€ instead of 17,5€... I am not a dumb even if I am stoned as dead man, and before I pay touchless I always check the amount, so guys WATCH OUT, if I good remember that was the second time when something like that happened there, both times I was really High af, but it's not a reason to rob someone...

Although a bit expensive, you get what you pay for. With a wide selection of products available that are tested and safe. The staff are very knowledgeble and help you with any questions you might have. They are very informative and clear so you are always safe.

Pretty good variety, but b clear about what exactly you want (ie. Say "I need 1 1/4 inch papers", over saying "I need medium papers" because twice I have walked away with the wrong thing and only noticed when I got home. Very conveniently located close to one to of Eindhovens top coffee shops.

They are very helpful when it concerns sales. However when it comes to customer help, it is quiet horrid. I had to visit the store multiple times (6 to be exact) and was still told that they wont exchange the faulty product in the end because it can not be resold to another of their clients. Like what??!!

Love! The girl that is always in there is very friendly and helpful! They have everything you would need. If you don’t see what you want just ask! FYI this is not a coffeeshop.

A modern smartshop with some great space efficiency. The service was not good at all though. They were talking to each other and you couldn't ask a question without interupting them.
