Not open at all and unreachable. Should be marked as closed. A great alternative with always present staff and a great seed selection is smart shop Euphoria, a couple of streets further down!
As for the owner response, after trying to reach the provided numbers multiple times, I did mention to him on WhatsApp I was unsatisfied and would leave a bad review. To which he didn't reply calmly, but instead rather patronising. He could have explained calmly why there wasn't no-one available while it was clearly stated as open, but he preferred seeing it as me threatening a bad review. For the context.

Down to earth business with REAL knowledge and experience ready to be shared!
I went as a passionate smoker in search of seeds to grow, and got back home with seeds and a whole starter kit gifted by the owner to enhance my growth chances.
On top of that, something priceless is the support it gives during the growing process. Always one message away ready to give advice.
OG shop.
Been once but I’ll surely be back.

A hidden gem. The best grow shop in ALL EUROPE is right here in The Hague. Come with a good vibe and Edwin will reciprocate ten fold

Their magic truffels are ridiculously expensive. It is basically a (tourist) scam. Just go to one of the other smart shops nearby.

The Hague Seed Center is absolutely a must-visit! From the moment you step inside, you feel warmly welcomed and are provided with excellent service. The staff really take their time to guide you through the world of seeds and plants, and it's clear that they have extensive knowledge and experience. They know exactly how to assist you, from choosing the right seeds to growing and caring for your plants.
I purchased a seed here, and with their advice, I was able to grow a beautiful plant. The entire process was both educational and enjoyable thanks to their expertise and clear guidance. What I also really appreciate is the friendly and down-to-earth Hague atmosphere in the store. No question is too much, and you always feel at ease.
In short, an amazing experience at a true Hague gem where you leave not only with a great plant but also with a good feeling. Highly recommended for everyone, whether you're just starting out or already have some experience! Thx Ed
