YOU SENT THE WRONG ITEM. When I called!
34 seconds into phone call.... first 20 seconds was asking if I can speak in English, you in Dutch!
YOU SCREAMED AT ME "THEY COME IN DIFFERENT COLORS!"
I said "No it made me specificy a color before I could add to cart." Then Repeated, "You sent the wrong item totally is not even the right item!" It's totally different thickness, shape, color, size and price.
What you sent me, which is a different article number, one which was cheaper. And it didn't give an option to specify a color before adding to cart!
I told you to go look at the order, look at the web shop and you'll see, you're wrong, you sent the wrong one totally... if it was just a color issue I'd deal with it!
Before thinking you know enough to scream at me!
You hung up! In Total YOU DID THIS 5 times!
You called me a name Google review won't even allow a C U N.ext T.uesday.
You actually made me take my voice to scream at you, to stop screaming at me!
You told me I have corn coming out of my ears... yet you're the buisiness that sent the wrong stuff and you're the one refusing to look, you haven't even asked who I am, for an order number, nothing! To know off the top of the conversation, that you sent the right thing, to the right person or listened...
You didn't hear anything, you were to busy screaming profanities at me! Then hung up!
Your fix was to scream at me if I don't like it then send it back... hung up! In this is a force to either lose money or be abused!
I called back because for a return, I need a label... which is my invoice, proof I returned it! In case no refund is granted once you get it back. I can take Legal action!
Which is more than likely going to be the case with you!
You told me I can wait a long time for that, in response to my request for a return label to be sent through email... then hung up on me again.
I'm glad I'm smart enough to screen shot my orders each step of the process... as now this isn't even a listed article on your web shop you removed it after my partners phone call! As I also speak a foreign language... he speaks yours!
I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT.... with proof I screenshot it again after the last hang up!! I looked when I opened my package and it was not the right item... so I also searched for the item that matches what you sent me! I FOUND IT, BUT NOT THE ONE I ORDERED, IT WAS NO LONGER LISTED!
It was still listed after my last call. Now you can see it skip article number entirely in webshop. Article #GP22 is now missing. BUT I GOT THE PROOF....
So either you realized you MESSED up and didn't have that article # I ordered in any of the listed colors.... FUNNY HOW THE WHOLE ARTICLE IS MISSING.. WHEN THERE'S SO MANY OPTIONS UNDER ONE ARTICLE #... hard to believe you're totally out of stock! THEY'RE ALL GONE every color? This means you had to admit to yourself you made a mistake here! Yet, Not human enough to call and do it with the customer you cussed like an animal.
But more than likely you removed it in case I reported you, trying to cover your butt in hopes I'm not smart enough to screen shot things for my record and legal protection. I would aim for this intention more and feel I have a greater chance at accuracy.
After she got the item back down on shipping label....
It took her over a month to return money through a tikkie request! As you don't pay on site you send money to her account through your account for order total with order number as description.

I used to go there to buy stuff but once the lady there kicked us out for now reasons( literally) my two friends and I , you don’t get an as low review rate for no reason, definitely don’t recommend

Very nice people, have been a happy customer for quite some time and can definitely recommend them - deliveries are always handled with care and discretion. In all of my years ordering there i think there was one time i received a wrong order ,but when i contacted them i very quickly got response and things were cleared up without any problem whatsoever So you can really tell they are passionate about their shop and providing good customer support Will definitely stay a regular customer there :)

we went to this store yesterday and were amazed by the variety of products. the lady was polite and friendly to us, we joked around, she helped us choose a strain, we enjoyed the experience and our purchases, and we'll definitely go back to try the rest of what Big Bud has to offer. the amount we received was just right as per what we paid for, the strength of the product was good as well, and the taste was pleasant too. +3 happy customers.

Worst shopping experience I had in years! The woman was absolutely rude… I asked a simple question and she started screaming at me and cursed to another customer when I left the shop. Thankfully I didn’t bought anything and went to the Sirius headshop, where they knew how to treat customers!

I made an 165 Euro order from this store.
Today, after 1 month waiting for my purchase, I wrote an email to the store explaining the situation. The woman in charge (Wendy Ger Van de Leygraaf-Simons) replied extremely rudely I should forget my order and that the will not proceed to a refund if the delivery is illegal to my country.
I need to clarify that when I ordered there were nothing mentioned accordingly for this kind of policy and their system allowed to make the order and pay for my purchase and of course the shipping.
I called the store within 10' to clarify the situation and this woman shouted to me to go f*ck my self and hang up.
This is the most stressful situation I've ever experienced and I will definitely move with a lawyer.

Sono andata in altri negozietti del genere a Maastricht ma non mi sono trovata bene.

Tried to call twice to try and speak to someone who dealt with their portable vaporizer range. Was hung up on twice. The lady on the phone waited for me to introduce myself, then loudly said 'BYE' and hung up. I gave it a week and called again, only to have the same thing happen. Rude and unhelpful.

I paid 25euros for a vaporizer. It did not work properly, so I paid 25euros more for another vaporizer.
The replacement also did not work- the coil would not heat up properly. I did my research and found out that it is a very common issue. So i tried to return the vaporizer.
The woman in this shop (the manager!!) started shouting abuse at me and my girlfriend before we were even properly in the shop. She was unbelievably rude, called my girlfriend a b*tch, called me an assh*le, and threatened to call the police.
I have never been so offended. I am completely furious with the attitude of this woman, and I want to advise NEVER SHOP HERE!
