Came there with a friend to try out mushrooms/truffle the clerk was friendly and very informative but shrooms just had no effect on the both of us.

Had An amazing experience at this shop, the customer service was incredible and the guy who served us, Nedar, was incredibly personable and insightful especially when jt came to some of the more functional stuff my partner and I were looking into. Great atmosphere, great service and great music as well.

Very very expensive place, smart shops should be cheaper for buying that type of stuff. Paid 11.50 for a packet of acti tubes which I bought 6 in Amsterdam and any other place I have been. Papers etc expensive too

The shop is alright, but selection is not great comparing to online options, and they don't offer free shipping to the shop which should be the case in my opinion.

I was coming today to buy hollandia truffles and its has no effect to me. Completely nothing happened. I don’t know why is this happening, this is my first time buying a truffle and has no effect after i eat it. So beware if you wanna buy psychedelic stuff from here. Maybe it will also happens to you.

Me and my girl bought 2 packs of Dutch dragon mushrooms 15g. We stored it in the fridge and used it after a week the expiration date was untill 15 september. We planned a nice evening and the mushrooms had no effects on both of us. 2 different packages we ate on empty stomach atleast 2 hours. The ones we got amsterdam 2 years ago was the weakest mushrooms and it hit us really bad, In a good way ofcourse. The Dutch dragon is suppose to be one of the strongest ones and it didn't do anything. I would not recommend this shop.

A nice little shop with a great variety of stuff, and very friendly and lovely staff. The girl that helped us was the best! Unfortunally they didn't have what I was looking for, but still had the best service and information from her, had a nice talk and a laugh, and I even bought something else in the end. So you got yourself a new and satisfied customer.

The shop itself was closed due to COVID but we got information and could conclude our purchase at the door. The lady helping us was very nice, helpful, and efficient. Looking forward to the experience now.

Hello, I had a very nice experience with customer service however, that is not what I can say about my trip. I bought the Atlantis truffles a month ago and took it today and nothing happened. I did not open the truffles and were stored like normal so I do not really understand how it would not have any effects whatsoever. Since it would have been my first experience and had really high hopes I am very bummed that it did not happen ;( It was also with a friend who confirmed that it was not only for me but the product also did not work for him. I also did not eat anything beforehand so it is definitely the product which had some issues I am guessing.

Very positive experience, the crew is nice and down to earth, if you have questions about ANYTHING, you can ask them. Anything smartshop related you can think of, chances are high that they have it (even cbd for animals). The store gives off a very open and inviting ambience. 10/10 would recommend.
