I visited the store and arranged to have my order sent by international post. The tracking number never arrived to my email. The order never arrived. The website is constantly in maintenance. And the phone number goes to message and never responds.

We bought truffles, they were very powerful but the staff wasn’t very professional to indicate the way to take them and afterwards I was sick for few days so I would recommend to be very aware of the quantity to take in one dose

Never buy here, specially online, they will never deliver your goods nor react to any email you send to them. Your last chance will be to go to the store, where they will tell you that they work sepparately from their webshop and even have "different stock", it becomes and endless cycle. Then once you are at their shop, even though they will give you something of "the same value" of what you procured (because of course, what you wanted they don't even sell), their service is just bad, it is not worth to even fight. This people do not care about their business and reputation so do yourself a favour and skip this establishment.

Never received my 50+€ order. I have tried reaching them through every means for about a month now - no reply whatsoever. I‘ve sent emails, I’ve called at least a hundred times, I‘ve tried the contact form. Nothing. I am afraid I will have to use legal actions because it seems you just can not reach them any other way.
Maybe its a different experience being there in person, but I strongly advise against placing any orders because theres seemingly no way of reaching them, and the other reviews on here seem to prove this is happening at least regularly if not by default.

Hello I paid for truffles from you on the 5th October order number 14303. You haven’t sent them or even sent me a message saying you have got my money you have taken my money and not give me the product. This is ridiculous. I’ve tried to

And you haven’t replied to any of them. I have bought of you before so I know the bank details is correct. But now you have changed hands you clearly don’t pay attention to the online side of the business. But that is not right as you have basically STOLEN my money!!!!!

Ordered something that was OOS, they emailed me on what i wanted to do with the order and never responded again. Emailed another 3/4 times. Called maybe 20/30 times but no reaction.

Terrible shop that refuses to refund items even if they are unused. The narcotics they sell (specially the ec$t4$y) have no effect. The staff are extremely hostile when confonted with this and refuse to offer any compensation. 50 Euros wasted, worst shop in all of Amsterdam

They lied to me about space cake ingredients. I was given default cake (without any “space” effect) for 10€. Don’t recommend to visit this place, full disappointment. Just scam of turists

Worst customer service ever seen. He basically stole 275 euro. Totally non-responsive, went up in thin air.

Awful customer service. Did the shipping a month ago, package stuck somewhere, seller does not reply to emails, isn’t willing to do anything with stuck delivery. One of the worst online experiences one can possibly encounter. Not replying to emails in XXI century? Come on. Disappointment.

A very nice shop. Got my last two vaoes there, and always got a good deal. Just recently my Vape broke, and the owner quickly exchanged it for a brand new one and even sent it to me for free, as I don't live in Amsterdam. Can highly recommend!

Chills & thrills is one of my personalfavorites. It's a smartshop where you can expect high quality products. It is a bit expensive but it is definetly worth it, because they have the best truffles and a wide variety of other products.

Good shop for CBD oil and other cannabis products. Good location in New market of Amsterdam. Friendly staffs are available to help you. Very cool and smart shop. Cash and card is accepted here. Return customers will get ten percent discount.

One of the best smartshops in Amsterdam with a wide range of products. You name it, they have it. The prices are very competitive and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and a great guide.
