Kanna

Originating from South Africa, kanna is mainly used against anxiety and depression. Kanna consists of dried material from the plant species Sceletium tortuosum. The different kanna products have a relaxing and socially stimulating effect, they do not make you hallucinate. Kanna can be snorted, chewed or you can make tea from it, for example.
