The person was nice but I really feel upsold as another commenter mentioned. Even though I asked several questions and it was obvious I had no prior knowledge, he didn’t explain to me that the truffles needed to be refrigerated (unlike regular mushrooms). I had no access to a fridge at my hotel, and they were also just put directly in a plastic container without vacuum sealing them. For the price they charge they really should do this extra step and give directions on how to store them, especially if it is obvious you are traveling.

Good product and nice place but the people REALLY UPSOLD. First time user and it was way to intense, prescribed 10g and was wayyyy too much. Ended up having a bad time because of their advice even though i asked lots of questions. Could have been my own fault but just be careful.

Had a good time on magic mushrooms I bought some expensive ones madame laugh and bought spaced out ones cheap.thinking to just use them to.top.ip the.high. I only had 5 grams I was smashed

Check the 1 star reviews before you buy. I would NOT recommend. Instead of blaming the product they try to put it on you. First time user, ingested 7,5grams(probably more) and I didn’t feel anything. Called to see what the issue was, apparently using my phone (which I did use, to only check the time) could be the reason why I didn’t trip. Nothing about that mentioned on the site nor did the shopkeeper (who i told it was my first time) mention this. Maybe I needed a higher dose but the instructions on the site (which tells you to use even less than 7,5gr) and given to me by someone who WORKS there were completely different. If I do need to ingest more I definitely won’t buy it here. Coffeeshops at least give you some kind of compensation if their products quality is not up to par. At Euphoria they don’t even though I TRUSTED their expertise.

This shop has been around since ever. It is one of The Hague's landmark establishments, nestled right between the Grote Kerk and Grote Markt. Knowledgeable and kind people running the place. Pay them a visit for various natural products ranging from medicinal plants to t-shirts.

Such a lovely smartshop, with everything you could wish for, and the most helpful employees, Sanne helped me figure out this kratom thing with expertise and a kind hearted attitude. If you're in the city check out Euphoria. I mean if you like being smart haha 5 stars all around.

This is the OG smartshop. They have everything you need for fun for health and for spiritual growth. Their employees totally deserve a raise I wish I knew all their names, and a big thank you to Jacob for being so helpful. Customer service 10/10 Product quality 10/10 and shop atmosphere 10/10. Dont buy your truffles here they have a fridge for them but the things not even on and the doors wide open, you get your truffles in a plastic box not even vacuum packed inside the box like everywhere else and the truffles and the box are soaking wet when you get them its no wonder the strongest truffles here arnt even as strong as the weakest everywhere else. Waste of money and time. Store your truffles better!!!!!!!

Not sure what happened to the lady who works in here but they are not helpful and verging on rude.
The products are the same everywhere so will take my business elsewhere.
You can have a bad day a couple of times but this is just an attitude issue.

We've had a very good experience in this shop. The woman working there was super friendly and knowledgeable, she answered all our questions and the design of the shop is awesome. We felt very comfortable and will come back for sure next time we'll be in den haag :)
The only negative aspect is the price, especially for the accessories (like grinders and ashtrays) that's a bit too high in our option.

Got some CBD oil and truffles from there.
Employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They got huge variety of natural/herbal products and cures. Also the design of the store is cozy and clean. One of my favorite stores.

I came in to ask advice on microdosing. First, the lady in the shop left me standing there whilst she talked to someone else and made them a coffee. A quick "i will be with you in a minute" would have nice but whatever.
I was having difficulty understanding why you would use capsules and not just use scales. I do not profess to be an expert and have only microdosed a few times. It would have been great to talk to someone experienced. Was grateful for her tip on drying out the mushrooms first before microdosing, however, the lady in the shop told me outright that she was not in the mood to answer my questions. You would think that they would do their upmost to make sure people knew what they were doing with these potent drugs. When i said to her that i thought it was her job to answer questions she replied "we can have a discussion on this or we can just leave it."
Thanks for your time and effort grumpy unfriendly lady. One star for effort.

the eldest smart shop so far...?! could be :) huge selection of teas (own brand), e-caps and other pills, skilled + friendly staff, nice atmosphere. if i'm around, i usually go there.
