Overall an excellent parcel point, but unfortunately difficult to reach. Only via a private mobile phone and it is not answered, or with 'yes' or 'hello'. Not very professional. I have also been sent away with a package because they are temporarily not accepting packages. However, this is not communicated anywhere. In short: room for improvement, but not bad.

I have been treated very unfriendly several times now when I go to pick up a package there. It seems like they don't want to be a parcel point, because when you come to pick up a package it always seems like too much trouble to have something delivered there. The gentleman comments that I am late to pick up my package and should make time to get it sooner. If I indicate that I have been treated unkindly several times, he even starts shouting at me.

Not exactly nice to stand in front of a closed door when it says open at 10 am. It was already a quarter past 10! Then I call the number twice more, but no dog answers! Don't say you're open at 10 am if you can't make it or want to open later. There are people who simply have their things to arrange and do, or have to work. And if people then schedule this valuable time to arrange their other matters in terms of packages, etc. and then are unable to do so, you completely confuse someone's schedule!

They gave me the WORST service ever.
They didn't inform me about the proper time of the day to send packages.
I also called them and the guy picked up, he said he was not in the store and the only number he could provide was a private number from a another Guy in the store.
